MonQcle, which is our Software as a Service, will be referred to as the “Service.” Users of this Service will be referred to as “User” or “you” under this Privacy Policy.

In the course of providing the Services, LS may collect Personal Information about a User. This Privacy Policy is effective with respect to any data LS has collected or will collect, about and/or from you, according to our Terms of Use.

That information may include your IP address, name, physical address, email address, phone number, credit card information, and other details like occupation and demographic information. Please be aware that if you create an account or log-in through Facebook, and other social media log-in methods, you agree to allow us to use any information publicly visible through that platform. By giving LS this information, you consent to your information being collected, used, disclosed, and stored by LS, only as described in our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

LS saves collected information in the database. Passwords are encrypted using sha512, so only the encrypted sha512 code from the password is saved. LS also saves a token in a session cookie. The token is a code generated after authorization. This session cookie is for the browser to remember if a user is logged in, and it expires in 30 minutes.

  1. Third Parties and Data Collection:

LS uses Google Analytics, Stripe, and Loggly, all of which are third-party sites that may use and store your information.

LS uses Google Analytics to measure and report user statistics. Google collects first-party cookies, data related to the device/browser, IP address and on-site/app activities. LS does not save any user information or customized data other than that collected by Google’s default settings. For more information on the information collected by Google Analytics, click here. LS has no control over and assumes no responsibility for how Google uses and processes user data, but users can disable Google Analytics from using their information here.

LS uses Stripe to process and manage payments for subscriptions. Stripe receives all transaction information. The information they collect may include payment method information, such as credit or debit card numbers and bank account information; the transaction amount; and the transaction date. For more information on what Stripe may be collecting and how it uses the data, view its Privacy Policy under the section "Personal Data We Collect."

LS uses Loggly to monitor activity and analyze trends on the Service. Loggly sends users browser error to a Loggly-hosted portal so LS can log in to check what kind of errors we have from the user-side so we can fix the errors.
