    This rule establishes minimum requirements for authorized Office Based Opioid Treatment Providers (OBOT) to prescribe, and in limited circumstances, dispense buprenorphine to individuals requiring and seeking treatment for opioid addiction. The rule also establishes Vermont-specific requirements for Opioid Treatment Programs that are in addition to the regulatory requirements of 42 CFR, Part 8. see full law
