    No person shall manufacture, compound, mix, cultivate, grow, or by any other process produce, prepare, prescribe, dispense, or compound any regulated drug, and no person as a wholesaler, manufacturer, pharmacist, or pharmacy shall possess or supply the same, without having first obtained a license from the respective professional board having jurisdiction over that person as so designated in subdivision 4201(1) of this title, or, in the event no professional board has such jurisdiction over a person, from the board of health under terms adopted by that board corresponding to those respecting professional licenses. see full law
