    (1) Consistent with the provisions of law, the Division may issue a controlled substance license to manufacture, produce, distribute, dispense, prescribe, obtain, administer, analyze, or conduct research with controlled substances in Schedules I, II, III, IV, or V to qualified persons. Licenses shall be issued to qualified persons in the following categories: see full law

    (2)The division shall issue a pharmacy license to a facility that qualifies under this chapter in the classification of a:(a)class A pharmacy;(b)class B pharmacy;(c)class C pharmacy;(d)class D pharmacy;(e)class E pharmacy; or(f)dispensing medical practitioner clinic pharmacy. see full law

    (2)(a)(i)Every person who manufactures, produces, distributes, prescribes, dispenses, administers, conducts research with, or performs laboratory analysis upon any controlled substance in Schedules I through V within this state, or who proposes to engage in manufacturing, producing, distributing, prescribing, dispensing, administering, conducting research with, or performing laboratory analysis upon controlled substances included in Schedules I through V within this state shall obtain a license issued by the division. see full law
