Any person whose permit is revoked or suspended pursuant to the provisions of this chapter may appeal to the Board of Supervisors by filing a request for a hearing of such appeal with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors within ten (10) days after the decision of the Hearing Officer that such permit be suspended or revoked. The Board of Supervisors shall, at the next regular meeting after the filing of the request for hearing on such appeal with the clerk, set the matter for hearing not less than five and not more than ten (10) days. The Board of Supervisors may at such hearing sustain, reverse, or modify the decision of the Hearing Officer respecting the suspension or revocation of the permit. see full law
