    (1) In addition to any other penalty provided by law, the Attorney General may impose a civil penalty not to exceed $10,000 for each violation of ORS 431A.860, 431A.865 or 431A.870. Each improper release of information from the prescription monitoring program in violation of ORS 431A.865 is a separate violation. see full law
