    (87)  "Program Administrator" or "Program Director" means an individual with appropriate professional qualifications and experience who is designated to manage the operation of a program. see full law

    (16)  "Medical Director" means a physician licensed to practice medicine in the State of Oregon who is designated by the opioid treatment program to be responsible for the program's medical services. see full law

    (1)  Medical Director Qualifications: The Medical Director must be a physician licensed by the Oregon Board of Medical Examiners and whose license enables him or her to order, dispense, and administer opioid agonist medications. In addition, the program shall document that the Medical Director has completed a minimum of 12 hours per year of continuing education specific to the treatment of addiction disorder. see full law
