    Annual registration. Any medical doctor who desires to dispense "dangerous drugs," as defined by 59 O.S.1991, §§ 355, et seq., to patients must register annually with the Oklahoma State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision on forms provided by the Board. Registration as a dispensing physician may be combined with annual renewal of licensure in order to simplify the process.( see full law
