    A treatment program which provides opioid treatment services must be certified to provide services for outpatients and ambulatory detoxification services. The facility at which the treatment program provides opioid treatment services must be licensed by the Division as a facility for treatment with narcotics pursuant to NAC 449.154 to 449.15485, inclusive. see full law
