    The program shall be open to provide treatment and to administer medications seven days per week, year round. Consideration should be given to the employment, homemaking, and educational needs of the clients. Services provided on at least five of the seven days shall be on the basis of an eight-hour day, provided that a minimum of two of the eight hours are scheduled other than 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Medication dispensing during the remaining two days must be scheduled for a period of at least two hours. see full law
