(a) Designate a medical director who shall:1. Be responsible for the supervision of all medical staff and the administration of all medical services at the facility, including compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and administrative regulations regarding the medical treatment of opioid use disorder;2. Be physically present at the facility at least twenty-five (25) percent of the time the facility is open to the public each week;3. Conduct a monthly review of ten (10) percent of the medical charts for patients currently admitted at the facility and document each chart review; and4. Not serve as medical director of more than three (3) OBOT facilities;
