A licensed physician shall not prescribe or dispense Buprenorphine-Mono-Product or Buprenorphine-Combined-with-Naloxone unless that physician possesses the minimum qualifications established in this section. see full law

    Section 2.  Professional Standards for Prescribing or Dispensing Buprenorphine-Mono-Product or Buprenorphine-Combined-with-Naloxone for Medically-Supervised Withdrawal or the Treatment of Opioid Dependency. (1)(a) Except as provided in paragraphs (b) and (c) of this subsection, Buprenorphine-Mono-Product or Buprenorphine-Combined-with-Naloxone shall only be prescribed or dispensed for medically-supervised withdrawal or as a maintenance treatment for a patient diagnosed with opioid dependence. see full law
