K. A program sponsor for an opioid maintenance outpatient treatment program shall ensure face-to-face counseling sessions are conducted: 1. On an individual or group basis according to the client’s treatment plan, 2. No less than once every two weeks for the first year of treatment, 3. No less than once a month in the second year of treatment, and 4. As indicated by client’s progress in treatment for subsequent years
