a)  Medical Director1)  Any organization providing treatment services shall designate a medical director, who is licensed and in good standing to practice medicine in all its branches in Illinois, who shall oversee all medical procedures.2)  The medical director may be part-time or serve on a consulting basis and the name and professional license number of the medical director shall be designated on the application for licensure.3)  The medical director as well as all medical and nursing staff shall read and comply with this Part.4)  The Department shall be notified in writing, within 10 calendar days, of any change in medical directors. see full law
