01. Approval and Authorization Required. A physician assistant may issue written or oral prescriptions for legend drugs and controlled drugs, Schedule II through V only in accordance with approval and authorization granted by the Board and in accordance with the current delegation of services agreement and shall be consistent with the regular prescriptive practice of the supervising or alternate supervising physician.
