(a) On and after July 1, 2013, all pain management clinics shall be licensed by the board and shall biennially renew their license with the board. In the event that physicians in a pain management clinic practice at more than one location, each such location shall be licensed by the board, and such license shall be nontransferable. see full law

(1) All active licenses must be renewed every two years. This may be done through mail. A pain management clinic may not operate after the expiration date of the license. A license must be renewed biennially by June 30th, and the licensee must establish satisfaction of Board-approved continuing education requirements to be eligible for renewal. see full law
