    (b) Medical Director. The medical director of a provider shall have a minimum of two (2) years’ experience treating substance use disorders. see full law

    (6) Medical Director. This requirement applies to addictions receiving facilities, detoxification, intensive inpatient treatment, residential treatment, and methadone and medication-assisted treatment for opioid addiction.
