(1) Those ARNPs whose protocols permit them to dispense medications for a fee as contemplated by Section 465.0276, F.S., must register with the Board of Nursing by submitting a completed Dispensing Application for Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners (ARNP), form number DH-MQA 1185, 10/13, and hereby incorporated by reference, and may be obtained from http://www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-07909, or from the Board office or the Board’s website: http://www.FloridasNursing.gov. see full law
