(b)  Evaluation. Every twelve (12) months, HOST shall prepare a written report of HOST's activities related to, and an assessment of outcomes and progress toward the goals of, this article. No later than August of 2020, HOST shall conduct a policy review of the ordinance, hold a public hearing to gather input for the review, and report the findings and any recommendations to the city council. see full law
