    8.1 No prescriber who is not the owner of a pharmacy or who is not in the employ of such owner, may dispense more than a 72-hour supply of schedule II through V controlled substances except for the following, who still must comply with other sections of this Regulation including but not limited to Regulation 4.7: see full law
