    (H)   Duration of affordability restrictions.       (1)   In the case of owner-occupied housing, the affordability period is 30 years, provided that if the affordable unit is sold within an existing 30-year term, such units shall be subject to a new affordability period of 30 years beginning on the date of such sale. see full law
