i. The term of the affordability restriction for all homeownership IDP Units shall be the maximum extent permitted by law. Currently, the BRA requires an initial 30 years of affordability, with the right to renew for 20 years. The BRA reserves the right to seek an affordability restriction of up to 99 years. see full law
