ProgramA Program is an entity that:(1) Administers or dispenses an approved narcotic drug to a narcotic addict for maintenance or detoxification treatment; and(2) Provides a comprehensive range of medical and rehabilitative services; and(3) Is approved by the State Methadone Authority and the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA)/Center for Substance Abuse Treatment (CSAT); and(4) Is registered with the Drug Enforcement Administration to use a narcotic drug for the treatment of narcotic addiction; and(5) Is open at least six (6) days a week. see full law
