(b)  All opioid use disorder treatment services, including behavioral health clinic and rehabilitation services, must be medically necessary and clinically appropriate in accordance with the(1) ASAM Criteria: Treatment Criteria for Addictive, Substance-Related, and Co-Occurring Conditions,  adopted by reference in 7 AAC 70.910;(2) Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders,  adopted by reference in 7 AAC 70.910; and(3) International Classification of Diseases -- 10th Revision, Clinical Modification (ICD-10-CM),  adopted by reference in 7 AAC 70.910. see full law
